Salop Leisure are sponsoring the event in partnership with The Shropshire Junior Football League and The Shropshire FA to run a small sided football event on the 18th Dec from 9.30am throughout the day. U8’s, U9,s & U10,s – 9.30am KO U11,s U12,s & U13’s – 1pm KO “The best festive football you will experience” Spaces limited to 12 teams per age group. Guaranteed 35-40 minutes of football in the group stages ( top 2 from each group progress to semi finals) Maximum of 8 players per team (3 substitutes roll on roll off) Can put 2 teams in if you have enough numbers Winners Cup, Medals for winners and runners up presented by Salop Leisure. Cost only £20 per team (Squad of up to 8 players) Spectators including family and friends are more than welcome, light refreshments will be open throughout the event. To enter your team call 01743 239050 and speak to Abbie or Alison (£5 deposit required to secure your teams place) Currently 40 teams have already signed up for the tournament and potentially we can take up to 72 teams throughout the age groups. It’s something a lot of Junior Clubs look forward to entering as its been so successful in past seasons with a chance to take away some silver wear! We always look to involve the community so all spectators are welcome and should you wish to cover the event on the day you we would be more than happy for you to attend.
