These awards will celebrate and recognise those leagues, clubs and individuals who have taken a proactive approach to support high standards of behaviour in the game

There are twelve awards available with categories for all levels of the game. There is also a Bobby Moore Award presented by the Bobby Moore Fund – Cancer Research UK - to recognise the contribution of an individual who has led by example. These awards will be presented at the FA Cup Final in May by The FA’s President Prince William. The winners will receive 2 x FA Club ticket to the match, FA Club hospitality, a certificate, an award and a cash prize.

The awards application form can be found on the link below. Please forward all applications to samantha.sharman@thefa.com or post for the attention of Dermot Collins, Wembley Stadium, PO BOX 1966, London, SW1P 9EQ. Anyone can nominate either themselves or others but the League categories are reserved to the 750 Leagues that have committed themselves to the Respect Programme. The deadline for nominations is the 12th April 2010; any applications received after this date will not be considered.
