A new an exciting season is just around the corner

The SECYC is sanctioned annually by The Football Association and was formed in the 1951-52 Season to provide County Football Associations in London and the Home Counties with competitive football for youths at the Under 16’s and Under 18’s level. It also gives the boys at Under 18’s to participate in the FA County Cup nationally and we have had some success stories in this competition with our sides, with the Kent, Middlesex and Sussex FA’s all winning the Competition.

It also gives the boys the chance to represent their County at a good level of football and to give them a good grounding on respect, behaviour and teamwork amongst their fellow players.

This season competitions comprises of County Representative sides from the AFA, Bedfordshire, Essex, Guernsey, Jersey, Kent, London, Middlesex, Northamptonshire and Sussex with the counties putting in sides at Under 16 and Under 18 level.

The competition is split into two groups at the early stages (ie Champions League) and the top two play in a Play Off Final to win the Championship in each group.
