The funeral of Hazel took place on Friday 3rd October
The popular figure in Representative Football Mrs Hazel Annett was cremated on Friday 3rd October.
In a very emotional service attended by more than 150 people her life's work and dedication to Youth Football was clear to see and she will be sadly missed.
