Interruption to Administration and Discipline Service – 5th/6th February.

Club Secretaries, League Officers, Referees and football volunteers should note that Derbyshire FA will operate a reduced level of service at the end of next week in order to facilitate the further roll-out of The FA’s Whole Game System (WGS).

After six months of planning by The FA, WGS Discipline will come into operation across the country. Introduction in Derbyshire will start with a day of staff training on Thursday, 5th February followed by a couple of days while historic records are transferred across to the new IT database. Full use in Derbyshire will start on Monday 9th February and normal service is expected to return by the end of that week.

As this interruption will limit the processing of payments and dates of player suspensions for a period, the issue of reminder letters and late fines has been suspended. Club secretaries are reminded to return responses to charges and fines by the respective deadlines.

Referees should continue to submit their match reports via the FA Whole Game portal within two working days of a match.

Derbyshire FA thanks you in advance for your patience and co-operation over the next couple of weeks.
