Summer Leagues U7,U8 and U9 and new U10

Summer League Applications forms are attached New League for U11 which is this years U10 to play 9 a side U7 ,U8 and U9 are this years age groups.
Please see forms attached
Leagues will start in June 2015 and run to mid August 2015
Its a first come first served basis so please get entries in asap.
NB Under 8s will play 7 v 7 in preparation for U9 next season.
U10 league fees will be reduced for teams that wish to play their games home and away.
