All Clubs wishing to enter teams into the League for the 2024-25 season must complete and submit both the following forms:

Club Application: One submitted form per Club wishing to enter the League.

Team Application: One submitted form per Team wishing to enter the League.

The Club and Team Application Forms must be submitted by 23:59 on Friday 24th May 2024. Applications received after this time are subject to acceptance by the League Committee and may be declined.
