U.21's Division planned for 2013/14

Wiltshire County Football Association (WCFA) are delighted to announce their support to the Wiltshire Football League with the development of a new and exciting U.21's division for the 2013/14 season.

The creation of the U.21's Division will support the challenging transition that some youth players face when making the step into adult football and ensure that Wiltshire retain local players/clubs and ease the journey into the adult game.

This proposed division has received national support from the FA as the Wiltshire Football League are the only Step 7 Charter Standard League in the County.

WCFA will be holding a consultation meeting at the County Offices on 27 February 2013 with a 7pm start and are inviting members of clubs, organisations and local groups to attend.

The aim of the meeting is to highlight the aims and strategic need of the U.21's division and allow member clubs to help shape the division and to gain your valuable views. This is the second phase of the consultation process following discussions with local youth leagues.

If you would like to attend this consultation meeting then please confirm your attendance via email or phone to Adam Greaney at adam.greaney@wiltshirefa.com or 01793 486047.
