Whilst a Club remains extant so do its Player Registrations.

Whilst a Football Club remains in existence so do the current League Registrations of its players.

Clubs may issue a Seven Day notification but MUST comply with FA Rules regarding such an intended approach.

If the Transfer of ONE player to another Club is suucessful then that Club may only approach ONE other player of the original Club but must wait 28 days before doing so. Consequently, Club B could only ever Transfer a maximum of TWO players from CLUB A in the same season. If a Player refuses an approach that player cannot be approached again within the same Season by the same Club

Players of a Club still in existence cannot release themselves from League Registrations and register for another Club in the same League otherwise there would be absolutely no point in having a Player Transfer process.
