The Agreed Procedure for Referee Appointments is as follows:

The League will appoint officials by Monday at 5pm for the following Saturday and Sunday.If you have not been appointed a referee by this time, the club can search for a referee. If the club finds a registered, qualified referee to do their match and informs Chris Abbott, then the league will not appoint an official for the match after 5pm on Monday. (But please note- this only applies after 5pm on Monday, if you inform the league prior to 5pm on Monday then there is no guarantee that you will be able to use your official).If the league does not receive any notification then the league reserves the right to appoint a referee up until kick off time.
