Baildon Trinity Athletic's history has its origins as one of Bradfords most famous clubs of the 60's and 70's. The late Jack Rose, who played a big part in the Junior Floodlight League at Myra Shay, formed Trinity Athletic in 1965. 'We were most fortunate in gathering a strong committee who had played at most levels of local soccer. Norman Mattocks, Ray Lambert, George Hinsley, Ernest Smith, Gordon Turpin and Sidney Green were all well known on the local soccer scene at the time. Founder members of the Bradford Sunday Alliance League and the last 19 years in the West Yorkshire League (up to May 2019)
