Only 3 matches played due to overnight downpour.

Once more the weather won out, wiping out hours of groundsmen?s work to get pitches ready for the weekend, with torrential rain overnight, leaving 7 games played out of a possible 15. The total number of games postponed on the day of the match moves up to 97.

Earl Shilton Albion showed bottom placed Cottesmore Amateurs no mercy and raced into a 4-0 half time lead through Matt Roger, Scot Pickering, Adam McNally and Chris Page. They completed their 5-0 victory with a 2nd from McNally, with the only goal in the 2nd half, as they posted their 1st win in 7 starts to move back into 3rd spot.

For the 2nd week running, FC Braunstone Victoria fought back to claim a point, on this occasion getting a 1-1 draw with Narborough and Littlethorpe. Keeper Jack Barnes kept the Vics in the game with a 1st half penalty save but there was nothing he could do about the Narborough opener, from Phil Chamberlain, 10 minutes into the 2nd half. Leading scorer Leon Simpson completed the task, 15 minutes from time with the equaliser to move the Vics into 5th spot, whilst Narborough continue to climb away from the bottom 2 as they remain undefeated in their last 4 away starts. It was lucky 13 for bottom placed Ravenstone as they posted their 1st victory in 13 starts, with a 1-0 defeat of Leicestershire Constabulary, after Steve Butler converted a 1st half penalty for the only goal of the match.
