PREMIER DIVISION

Double four moved up to within striking distance of front runner?s Harlequins after beating Denton 5-2. Strikes from Dan Bancroft & Bernie Labon gave Denton hope but a brace from Charlie Whiting and singles from Richard Slater, Darren Andrew and Ashley Pancoust for Double Four proved to much for the villagers. Harlequins continued their relentless march at the summit with a 4-2 success over Airflow. The Quins goals were shared between Sam Decosta, Billy Sweeney, Dean Wilkinson and Rhys Coleman while the prolific Jamie Ellis hit the target twice for Airflow to reply. Resource united just got the better of Asda George by the odd goal in three with an own goal and a Fagasi Lucian effort. A Theo Sterling solo strike accounted for Asda?s retort.

DIVISION ONE

The inclement weather caused all but one division one match to be cancelled. The Swan & Helmet versus Cotton Hill match took place at the Racecourse where the Cotton Boy?s increased their lead at the head of the table with a 4-1 triumph. The talented Nathaniel Liburd helped himself to a double strike to go with one a-piece from Neil Jarrett and Martin Feasey for Cotton Hill leaving the lively Delaney Fifield to hit the Swan & Helmet?s retort.
