The Form to be completed for the Club Dinner on 16th May, 2008

Please print off a copy of the Dinner form, complete it with your choices of food for the evening and return it to Matt Harvey, the club Secretary, by Friday, May 9th, 2008, complete with £20 to cover the cost.

Please also note that membership of the club for next season will also be available on the night at the discounted rate - thats £10 less than standard!!
