A round-up of the action from Week 4 of the SERIE 6-A-Side League

Week 4 of the SERIE 6-A-Side leagues proved to be a vital one as teams either kept their hopes of playing in SERIE A alive, or were confirmed as playing in SERIE B.

In SERIE C1 Egypt FC bounced back from their narrow loss in their last match to Cease Hiders to gain a 1-0 win over Scoregasm Japan, whilst 2 Goals 1 Cup came from behind to win 3-2 against Cease Hiders, with the loss seeing Cease Hiders confirmed as a SERIE B team.

In SERIE C2 Ajax Trees Down finished their first round of games and became the first team to claim a SERIE A spot with an 3-0 win over Peverell Plebs that also means that Peverell will be a SERIE B team. Meanwhile Defenders Assemble kept their SERIE A hopes alive with an impressive 6-0 win over Trent Architects.

Every match in this weeks final round of SERIE C games is one which will have huge implication for the SERIE A/B split. Destiny return from a week off to face Egypt FC, with both teams knowing that a point should be enough to guarantee them a place in SERIE A. However, defeat leaves them open to being caught by 2 Goals 1 Cup or Scoregasm Japan with both teams knowing that only a win will be good enough to give them a chance of playing in SERIE A. Both Defenders Assemble and Trent Architects face confirmed SERIE B teams in the guise of Titus Bramble's Frisky Fingers and Peverell Plebs respectively, knowing that a point should be enough, but that three will secure their place in SERIE A.
