Summary of Week 3.

A brief summary of Week 3 in Season 2010.

Well we start once again with the Premier Division,Goosnargh got their season going with 2 good wins this week,both games they were behind, but came back well to win 2-1 and 4-3 against Catforth & Brockholes respectively.Hoghton had a strong win away at Brockholes,5-0,while Quilligans crept home 2-1 against Wyre Villa.Looking forward to this week,the top four teams all play each other so lets hope for some great football being played.
In Division 1 PAH stay out in front with a great 3-1 win away at Ribchester,hot on their heels are CCA,who with a game or two in hand,won well at Chipping,5-1.Goosnargh 2nd's had a very good win away at FC Barton,3-2,whilst Udderseenus City got their first win on the board with a convincing 8-2 victory over Pilling.Top plays bottom this coming week,PAH vs Chipping,whilst Pilling will be hoping to record their first win at home to Ribchester.
In Division 2 East,Deepdale Dynamos lead the way after a thrashing 14-2 win over struggling Inter Marina,Brockholes Arms Res got their first win of the season 2-1 over Goosnargh 3rd's.
In Division 2 West,Bilsborrow stay ahead after winning a great game of football,3-2 against Grimsargh,who were 2-0 up at one stage.FC Newton got their first win with a 3-2 win in a local derby fixture over Stable Bar.Norcross/Warbreck also won for the first time,4-0 away at Fulwood P.R.This week sees top vs bottom and second vs second bottom,lets see if Stable Bar & Fulwood can record a victory or two.

Well done to CCA who have reached the Finals of a Country wide competition and who will be at the Emirates Stadium this Tuesday competing to win.
