Barron Cup Winners.

Winners / Runners Up and Presentations.

Brockholes Arms FC were the undisputed winners of the Barron Cup in a keenly contested contest on Friday night at a sunny Bilsborrow ground.Supporters from both teams , Committee members , local supporters and the ever present Ground Hoppers ,who have followed the League all season witnessed a great win by a Brockholes team that has continually supported the League for a number of seasons.
Credit to goes to a Theatre Boys team who in their first season in the League were a credit to all ,from Secretary Stephen Smith to Manager Tom Treuberg and all the players.
Plungington FC were presented with the 1st Division Trophy, which was the second consecutive season they have won this award.
Brockholes Arms won the 2nd Division Trophy in a keenly fought contest with AFC Treales,eventually winning on goal difference.
Barron Cup Man of the Match was Dave Proctor from Brockholes Arms FC,again in a closely run contest with 3 other players in the running.
The Match Officials deserve a mention for there handling of the Final, Keith Martin / Dave Hesketh / Kevin Roberts, well done to all.
Keith Martin also won Referee of the Year Trophy.
A big thank you from the League to all the teams involved this season,well done and thanks for all the support.

Finally Division 3 will be decided on Monday night when Grimsargh play Ribchester Reserves ,if Ribchester win they win the League if they draw or lose it goes to Inter Mitchell.
Parkinson Cup Final on Weds next week when AFCTreales play Wesham FC at Bilsborrow,7.00pm ko ..
