1). In order to keep the website up to date, it is imperative that every secretary texts/emails their results and match report sheets to the organiser. The quicker they send it, the quicker the website gets updated.

2). The changing room & car park keys can be obtained through the organiser. They must be returned immediately after your match. All secretaries are reminded that the offload car park must be used at all times to avoid congestion with the local residents. They must check that the showers have been switched off properly and that there is no lights left on. Leeds City Council have been very lenient in letting us have access to the changing rooms so I would like to think that we follow the right procedure and look after them. Make sure that you tidy up the changing rooms after every game and sweep the rubbish up into a big pile.

3). Both secretaries should split the referees fee 50/50.

4). Some secretaries are failing to give the referee a mark on his performance/handling of the game. Can you make sure that you enter the rating in the box alongside his name on the match report sheet please?
