Title will go to the wire!

League leaders South Wingfield slipped up again against Sutton Travellers despite opening the scoring after 5 minutes through Jason Miles. Travellers levelled the scores by half time before hitting 3 further goals. Jason Miles reduced the arrears for Wingfield in the final minutes. Travellers fully deserved their 4-2 victory. A thrilling top clash between Wollaton 111 and Derbyshire Amateurs currently 2nd and 3rd in the table ended with the score line 1-1. Derbyshire went ahead after 65 minutes through Brad Scard whose left foot drive from the edge of the penalty area gave the Wollaton keeper no chance. Wollaton however kept pressing and equalised in the 80th minute with a well taken goal by Hayden Cronin. A hugely competitive game ending all square. Old Bemrosians were too strong for Bilborough Uyd Res. Karl Smith was in top form for the home side scoring 4 goals with a brace from Gavin Etches giving the home side a comfortable 6-1 victory. Ashfield and Magdala Ams res drew 2-2. Goals by Rob Bradley for the home side in the 20th and 87th minute were enough for the points to be shared.

In the Premier league the youngsters of Southwell City made a remarkable come back against TVFC. Despite being 3-0 down after 70 minutes they ended up winning by 5-4. Goals from Adam Allsop, Ieuan Plune 2, Hugh Plune and James Barnes gave the home side a well deserved victory.
