Coach Jordan Aspinall's Bedale Girls U14's got to the Cup Final tonight in their semi-final replay against Catterick Garrison FC. It was a nervous, very close, end-to-end game that was only ever likely to be settled by one goal. That only goal came mid way through the second half from a Bedale strike that Garrison's 'keeper almost kept out.
The final whistle could not come quickly enough for the home side as Catterick Garrison piled on the pressure but come it did. Garrison's girls are now intent on focusing on their push for the League Title.
