Tile Kiln came from 0-3 down to win 7-3 at Rayleigh Baptist on Saturday, whilst Danbury Mission hit double figures against Central Baptist.

Arguably the peformance of the day was the second half display from Tile Kiln. After finding themselves 3 goals down early on, a second half Dan Chapman hat trick helped Tile Kiln to one of the greatest fight-backs the club has ever seen.
Scott Myall's lobbed effort just before the break reduced the deficit and gave Tile Kiln a glimmer of hope and after Chapman's hat trick, a further goal for Myall, a first goal for the club for Gary Easton and a Ricky Clegg finish, it was a 45 minustes fo football for Tile Kiln to remember, and one for Rayleigh to probably forget.

Despite Michael Packham's penalty miss, Danbury Mission continued to their fine run of goalscoring with an 11-3 victory over Central Baptist. Packham made amends for his blazed spot kick with 4 goals. Scott Fisher's debut was one to remember with 2 goals, Toby Power and Alex Stechman both bagged a brace and Will Faux his first goal for the club.

CGC recorded their first win of the season with a 2-0 win over DNA Networks, depsite some resilient defending from the Colchester based side, CGC found a way through to net either side of halt time.

Surprisingly, only the third highest scoring game of the day saw Baddow Parish beat Bethel 5-4 in a close fought encounter in the weekends other game.
