The disciplinary sub committee have discussed this case and the observations given. This charge relates to Forest Green Rovers vs Havant and Waterlooville on 5 December 2010.

Forest Green Rovers observations are accepted, and given the exceptional weather conditions in this period, the Committee agree that this match should be replayed.

There will be no further action taken.

The match will be rescheduled for a date to be set by the League Fixtures Secretary.
