The League cup has had to be cancelled for this season.

The decision to cancel the Ambassador league cup was made on 24 March 2009. The unprecendented weather disruption has meant fixtures backlog into May and with only 1 fixture played in the Cup, there were not enough weekends left to play.

Given the distances some teams have to travel, a midweek fixture is also unachievable and hence the decision was made to cancel the Cup for this year only.
