Opening day of fixtures will be 22 August 2010. Closing day will be 31 May 2011.

8 May 2011 is set aside for a play-off match between 2nd placed team in South West Combination versus 2nd placed team in South East Combination.

The winner of this match will proceed to a further play off on 15 May 2011 against the 2nd bottom Club in Women's Premier League Southern Division.

The winner of this match will compete in the Women's Premier League Southern Division for season 2011/12.
