ROBSON: "It Was Great To Be Back"
Sarah Robson made her return to the Wildcats side on Sunday have given birth to her first child in September.
While the Northern Irish international's return ended in a 3-2 defeat to Aston Villa, Robson was delighted to be back in among her teammates having not played for the club since February.
And now she is keen to bounce back at the first attempt when Villa visit New Ferens Park on Sunday, December 10.
Here's Robson's views on the game and her comeback:
Robson on returning to football:
"It was great to be back in the changing room, and a lot quicker than what I thought as I was aiming for after Christmas.
"I know the result wasn't the greatest but it's another 90 minutes building up.
"It was good to be back in and around everybody."
Robson on taking positives from the defeat:
"They took the win but there are positives for us.
"We played really well in the first half and even in the second half, once they had scored the third goal, we came back into it.
"At the end of the day, it's all development for the league and we can move on as the cup is done and dusted now."
Robson on another two goals scored:
"It's a pity we couldn't have got a clean sheet but it's nice that we're scoring goals.
"We're creating loads of chances which maybe in previous games we wouldn't have created."
Robson on next weekend's game against Villa:
"We're looking forward to playing them again.
"It's good that we don't have to wait over Christmas or anything.
"Hopefully now that we've played we'll know where we stand and where they stand.
"It'll be a good game next week."
