FAQs: Durham v Chelsea

Durham Women welcome Chelsea to New Ferens Park this weekend - and here's everything you need to know about tickets for the big game.

We have already seen unprecedented demand for tickets for this clash and, with that in mind, we have produced these FAQs to help supporters in the build-up to the game.

A record-breaking crowd is already set to descend on New Ferens Park for what is set to be the club's biggest game in their history.

While tickets are currently scheduled to be available on the turnstiles, we would heavily advise all supporters to purchase in advance to avoid disappointment as there is a realistic chance we will hit capacity.

If you have a question which is not answered in this article, please email

No - all seats are available on a first come, first served basis. We advise supporters wishing to secure a seat to arrive as early as possible.

We will be opening the turnstiles at the earlier time of 10am. Supporters wishing to secure seats are advised to arrive at this time.

Where can I park at New Ferens Park for the game?

There is a large car park next to New Ferens Park which will be open on the day of the game and parking is also available in some areas of the Belmont Industrial Estate. Please avoid parking on double yellow lines or in any areas with parking restrictions.

The spaces directly in front of the ground are reserved for club staff, officials and emergency vehicles. Please do not park in these spaces under any circumstances.

Supporters should also refrain from parking in the spaces past the ground in front of Soccarena and Infinite Air, as these are reserved for customers of these premises.

Visiting supporters should also note that there is no coach parking available at New Ferens Park - only the visiting team coach can be accommodated near the stadium. Fans travelling by coach are advised to be dropped off on the main road rather than turning left towards the stadium and seek parking elsewhere. The nearest official coach park to the ground is on Freeman Lane in the city centre, which is approximately ten minutes' drive from the stadium.
