BIG MATCH PREVIEW: Brighton (H)
The Wildcats return to New Ferens Park this weekend as they look to bounce back from their first defeat of the season.
A late defeat to Doncaster Rovers Belles in their last outing saw Durham surrender their unbeaten record in the FA WSL Spring Series.
But they still remain unbeaten at home this season and prepare to welcome newly-promoted Brighton & Hove Albion this Sunday.
The Opposition
Winners of the FA WPL Southern Division in 2016, Brighton & Hove Albion Women won promotion to the FA WSL courtesy of a 4-2 victory over Sporting Club Albion in the WPL Play-Off last season.
They've started the season in FA WSL 2 brightly, losing only once and picking up their first three points of the season last weekend courtesy of a 2-1 win over Watford - Alessia Russo and Bronwen Thomas netting.
And the young attacking duo will definitely be ones to watch at New Ferens Park this weekend, with Russo an ex-Chelsea youngster who regularly features in England Youth squads while Welsh international Thomas has been a revelation this season.
At the other end of the pitch Brighton have a more experienced head in former Arsenal and Republic of Ireland goalkeeper Emma Byrne - a shrewd acquisition for George Parris' side this season.
